Multi-Guard Control  has several distinctive differences from other multi vitamin and mineral complexes.
It is an excellent all-rounder with the most important vitamins and minerals presented at potencies that are generally higher than shop - bought multi vitamin and mineral tablets. 
The main difference from other multi complexes is that it has added chromium, and Cinnamon to assist the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels

    The main differences from other multi complexes are:

    • The trace mineral chromium, which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels, is included at a generous 200µg per two tablets. This is considerably more than you will find in many multis.
    • Magnesium has been included at 300mg per two tablets as this mineral is involved in over 300 metabolic processes in the body and diets based on highly processed foods will provide at best borderline levels.
    • Cinnamon has been a favourite with herbalists for many years and we have included a full 2000mg of cinnamon bark, the same potency of extract used in published studies. Cinnamon is thought to contribute to maintaining normal blood glucose levels.
    • The powerful antioxidant called Alpha-Lipoic Acid has been included at a level that reflects ongoing research.

    Disintegration Time: Less than 1 hour.

    Presentation: An orange/brown oval coated tablet.

    Usage & Administration: Take 2 tablets daily.

    Allergen Advice - Free from: Wheat, Gluten, Barley, Soya, Eggs, Milk and milk products, Lactose, Nuts, Sulphites, Celery, Fish, Shellfish and Yeast.

    Cautions:  This product is not recommended for pregnant or lactating women.

    A darker yellow colouration of the urine is normal. This is harmless and indicates the body is using the Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) effectively.

    This product contains iron, which if, taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Keep out of sight and reach.

    Long term intake of this amount of Vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
